Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointment Confirmation
All sessions at Manasah Shanti are offered strictly by prior appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are requested to inform Manasah Shanti of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without any additional charge, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including last-minute cancellations and no-shows, may be chargeable.
Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

However, in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Manasah Shanti.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Session Fees
Session fees vary depending on the service and individual needs. All fee-related details are communicated and agreed upon during the initial discussion prior to confirming the appointment.
Policy Discretion
Manasah Shanti reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this policy where appropriate, in the interest of fairness and care.
